Situated on beautiful Bellingham Bay near the Canadian border this brewery fell victim to Washington's statewide prohibition in 1916. The brewhouse was used briefly to make fruit drinks but was eventually destroyed. Legend has it that beer brewing continued elsewhere, likely in the wilderness, to satisfy demand illegally.
