Chicago's Monarch Brewing Co. adjustable wool baseball cap
Like all Chicago breweries that survived Prohibition, Monarch had a shady reputation. Made worse when in 1958 the brewery was purchased by Joe Fusco, longtime Capone associate and Chi-town's original Public Enemy No. 1. Fusco claimed to have been the mobster that forced Joe Kennedy out of liquor distribution altogether. Though indicted several times Fusco was never convicted and died in his Florida hotel suite in 1976.
Seattle's venerable Ebbets Field Flannels has been making the best wool baseball cap in America for nearly 30 years. They practically invented the throwback. Hoplyte is privileged to offer this cross-branded, wool adjustable cap.
