South Bethlehem Brewing Co. chain-stitch patch
Our “Famous Neighbors” at South Bethlehem Brewing Co. brewed Supreme brand beer until shuttering the brewery in 1954. During the 1960’s destruction of the brewery, while crews struggled to dismantle the masonry and steel structure, a trap door was uncovered concealing over $200,000 in 1920’s era currency. Evidence that South Bethlehem had never stopped brewing higher alcohol beer during Prohibition.
