Standard Brewing Co. chain-stitch patch
Scranton, Pennsylvania's Standard Brewing Co. was one of many to spring back to life after the passage of the Cullen-Harrison act legalized 3.2 beer in early 1933. Nine months later with the repeal of Prohibition the entire country was celebrating what was dubbed "Happy New Beer."
